A free to use everyday companion providing unique personalised insights specifically tailored to your needs.
Mind Measure offers an easy to use way of measuring mood and stress levels, giving you a daily score that can help you understand how to monitor and manage your personal wellbeing.
Measure
Mind Measure offers a comprehensive, individualised mental well-being tracking tool that goes beyond traditional diagnostic frameworks. Our unique AI platform uses more than 40 different data points to determine your state of mind, all via a simple, easy-to-use app.
Monitor
It’s sometimes difficult to really know how you are feeling. At the heart of our platform is the Mind Measure Index, a personalised scoring method that captures your state of mind over time and watches for meaningful shifts in your mental health.
Manage
Regular check-ins can give you an early warning when things are starting to feel a bit much. The app can put you in touch with the resources and help your college provides.
How it works
Mind Measure’s next-generation technology builds a completely personal picture of your mental wellbeing, allowing you to always feel in touch with, well, you.
Check in to the app using your phone camera.
Mind Measure uses an AI algorithm to analyse, not just answers to questions, but also non-verbal information like blinking, facial movements, tone of voice, speech patterns, etc., all of which provide a fuller picture.
In fact we use more than 40 different sources of data to accurately calculate your scores.
Daily check-ins enable Mind Measure to build a full picture of your mental wellbeing, analysing key emotions and primary topics to establish a clear picture of your mental health, tailored entirely to you.
Nominate parents or friends that can be alerted to a decline in your mental wellbeing, and receive recommendations for support networks and on-campus services
You probably have questions. If you have one we haven't answered please feel free to get in touch.
Mind measure is a groundbreaking technology designed to help students measure, monitor and manage their mental well-being.
The Mind Measure Index evaluates your mental well-being using advanced algorithms and data analysis providing you with a score, benchmarked to you. In other words, we are not providing you with a comparison to other people, but helping you understand whether you feel better or worse than you usually do.
All data is managed according to GDPR rules and secured with the same protocols as all medical data.
Your data is completely anonymous and encrypted at the highest level. This means that only you get to decide if you want to share any of your information (like with a parent, friend or a therapist).
Our AI has been trained using professional mental healthcare professionals and we have several who work with us to improve and develop features on the site. Your University student wellbeing team has also been involved in providing and evaluating the information we provide to you.
We have a number of different resources available to you both locally, provided by your college or University and also contact details of national organisations - you can find those here.
If you need urgent support, please contact local mental health services or emergency services immediately.
Of course - we would love you to share details of our service with anyone who you feel could benefit from Mind Measure!
Fill out the form to register your interest and be first in line for Mind Measure upon public release.

Be honest — when was the last time you went more than an hour without checking your phone? If the thought of that makes you uncomfortable, you’re definitely not alone. Between uni emails, group chats, TikTok, Instagram, and the constant ping of notifications, being “always connected” has become the norm.

Feeling anxious from time to time is a normal part of life — especially when you’re navigating the pressures of college. Deadlines, exams, social situations, finances, and the uncertainty about what comes next can all trigger feelings of worry or stress, but when those feelings become overwhelming, persistent, or start interfering with your day-to-day life, it could be a sign of something more than just occasional nerves.
